better that than to wait, get a defective product b/c Westone got impatient, send it back to them at your own cost and then wait for the repair/replacement...

True. They should like not tell anyone that they are building a new product then, one day bam new product, that would make my life easier.

I am extremely disappointed when I heard.
I hope it's not true.
Why they always have problem with packing the shell?
I don't think that's not an issue for a 45+20 company as they advertised on earphonesolutions.
