Taiwanese design top end amp - NEO MPA2.5

Hi to all, I recently came across this high end looking head amp, it looks kind of high end and most convincingly, it has complete kits totally ready to be build for beginners like me. And from the website, it seems very affordable.

I hope someone would share some thought about this amp, with the info below:

Looks sweet, would it be possible to use this config and modify as Pre amp rather than a power amp?

How much is the complete kit, I don't read chineese...

I believe so, as the seller described it as headphone amp / preamp, but so sorry, technically wise, I'm far too not knowledgeable to confirm if it is possible, the problem is, it is unlike places like AMB and Tangentsoft which with superb info and details of what u need to know about building an amp, but over here the info is very limited.

and about the price, if building it by your own, all the parts excluding casing, should be about USD$180.
