Layout check for pcm2707

Hello


I was wondering if someone would be willing to have a quick look on this layout ? It's your "dumb" pcm2707 usb to i2s converter, tied to a pcm1798. The I/V will be external and wired P2P.

To make things easier, here are the *.brd and *.sch for Eagle, as well as the custom library. If you have use for it, feel free to copy any part of it. here

Two small warnings:
- some pins of the chips are completly covered by the groundplane: those are not connected and will be lifted.
- the part below (only in the eagle file) is a pre-regulator section that will be wired P2P, disregard it.
