k, I fixed some problems but now I can't get audio on both channels when I fully plug headphone and IC plugs into the in and out. When I plug the 1/8's half way, I get get audio on one channel but not the left and so on . How do I fix this?
I would also go back and do some more work on the bottom of that board. Some of your leads are long enough that you may get shorts when you push it into a case. The insulated wire jumpers have way too much exposed wire - you could potentially short several pads at once.
Finally, get rid of the TI TL0XX chip. They suck - and I mean bad distortion in a CMoy, not just low-quality sound.
