Default Best SS DIY Amp?

I am wondering if there are any solid state headphone amps that are recommended projects? Everyone talks about the millet and soha etc. but not much about SS (either than the mini3).

For dynamic headphones, the β22 is the pinnacle of amps IMO.

I have D2000s. The B22 looks fairly involved and has a big footprint. I am considering replacing my millet ss which is built into a nice small package. Anything that suits this?

+ Are there any good SS projects that don't cost 200+?

http://www.ska-audio.com/ Has anyone built the hp amp from ska audio?

you really shouldnt be starting threads with 'best' then spit out a low budget, you basically set yourself up for disappointment.

Yeah! The "Best" word are being used way too frequently around here.
Especially since its such a strong word, and the fact that sound is very subjective.

"Good", "Great", Nice", .. are much more suitable words imo.
