Default static

I have a singlepower mpx3. Today, for the first time, I started hearing static-- in both channels. I turned everything off, replaced all of the tubes and after turning it back on and waiting a few minutes I still am hearing static. any ideas would be appreciated.

After trying a different source it is now clear that my problem is with my dac. I hope that it'll be easier to fix.
