The Doge 6210 is like the prototypical tube amp. It sounds very tubey but very detailed and good bass.

Pacific Valve does not have a showroom. I called and asked. They do have a no questions asked 30 day return policy and I was told by them to take advantage of that policy to ensure I get the right product for me. They have the Bada and Doge in stock and I am leaning towards picking one up.

Skylab,
It would be great if you could compare the headphone amps at Geneva with a few of your top amps like the Opera and PPX.

I have had the Darkvoice on my radar for the next round but have not decided if I should get the 336 or 332.
Can you comment on how your 336 compares to the Hornet?

I look forward to seeing an updated version with some other well-known tube amps like Millett and earmax, etc.

Heed CanAMP & Musical Fidelity X-Can V3
How about Heed CanAMP, Musical Fidelity X-Can V3, Woo Audio 6?
I've heard great things about those amplifiers.

Most outstanding! I really liked your aproach to this mega review in the sense that you said a lot about the amps that you felt there was a lot to say about, while just giving a key word outline of those that didn't rank as high and have been heavily discussed before.
Your review has made Head-Fi's evening news. See here: http://www.head-fi.org/forums/showth...=231140&page=2
