That's the information I've been looking for! Who'da thought it would be the last post in a 2 year old thread.
My MKIII has about 16 hours burn in now. It's sounding pretty good. It has definitely opened up and gained some top end clarity. The SA5000 sounds a bit sibilant though. The Grado HF-1s are sound fun, exciting and upfront.
I've got the amp also hooked up to my Stax amp from the pre-amp out. I'm getting some extra smoothness to my electrostatics now. I'm not sure it's 100% necessary but it's a good configuration for now.
After reading all the Little Dot threads I'm getting a new power cord and some new driver tubes.
Looks like I'll be looking for some EF91 tubes too.
