audioXpress amp
Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but in the current issue of audioXpress magazine, there is an article on yet another design of a DIY amp. Any DIY'er's seen it yet? The guy, of course, makes the usual claims -- "best amp ever", etc., "...and for significantly less than my dear audiophile compadre, Winnie the Pooh, figured, US$3K..."
Funnily enough, right near the end, when he's testing it out, he mentions the DT880. "Nice", I said to myself, "how very...modern." But then he mentions it's the old, ancient design. Oh, well...
