Default Will the Xonar Essence STX soundcard work in the Dell XPS 435
Anybody have that soundcard in one of these computers or know if it will work in one?

yes, it will work as long as motherboard has a free pci-e slot and psu a spare molex connector. i'm not sure how is it with dell, but with some companies you void a warranty by opening a case.

If the motherboard on that Dell has any kind of PCI express slot it will.
