Usb cable for Emu 0404

I'm ordering an emu 0404 usb, I'll need a 3 meters usb cable, how long is the cable that comes with the card ? if it is too short, is this kind of cable I have to buy ? http://www.rueducommerce.fr/Accessoi...e-Male-3-m.htm

Yes, that is exactly the configuration that is required for the 0404 USB.

The cable that comes with the unit is only about 2 m long.

The E-MU cable has the ferrite ring on the opposite end, but that should make no difference.
