Is there a way to use Chaintech card on a laptop?

Is there a way to hook up the Chaintech card to a laptop? Does anybody make some kind of adaptor to go from PCI to USB or PCMIA?

Yes there is, but the adapter is as big as a very small computer case and costs $1000 for the "basic" model.
