Soundcard, PCI, which one?

Hello!

I'm looking for a new soundcard. My use is mostly listening to music, watching movies and gaming, but i also record quite a bit using my MIDI keyboard with Reason(Propellerheads).

Atm i have 3 candidates EMU 0404, M-Audio Delta Audiophile 2496 and ESI Juli@.

Before i started reading on this forum, i was almost certain that the ESI-card was best due to its great reviews, but here it seems like the EMU-card is rather popular.

Can anyone give me any recommendations on what to choose? Experiences etc?
