new emu-0404? em8761

I remember somebody talking about this before, but can no longer find that thread.

Has anybody tried this product yet? (em8761) it says it's the new emu0404.. i'm curious if this is going to be better or worse than the old one

The em8761 is the Creative labs product code for the E-mu 0404. Some websites use the product code instead of the actual model number.
They are the same device.
