Default Need external sound card

I'm looking for an external sound card under 100.00, that has both a coaxial digital out and a usable headphone output. Any suggestions?

Right now I'm considering:
Refurb M-Audio Audiophile USB

I would have to suggest the EMU 0404 USB (even though its more expensive than the amount you gave), I got it for christmas and its wonderful. The headphone amp is good enough in that is has convinced me I need to upgrade my headphones, its shown my hd280's up. It has the digital out's and in's you would want as well. Maybe the midi support is a bit overboard for what you need though.

the 0404 USB does seem to be what I need, but unless I can find it for around 120.00 used I can't afford it. I already bought some ER-4Ps this week.

EDIT: I may just settle for getting an AV-710 for now...
