Default Need a 2 Channel PCI sound Card

Just built a new PC and while the on board "HD" audio isn't horrible, it cant even manage something as basic as Jack re-tasking. So I'm looking for recommendation for a good 2 channel PCI video card. Doesn't necessarily have to be 2 channel but thats the only use it will be seeing. Outputting to a pair of PC speakers and a couple of sets of cans. Primarily for music as I don't game on this PC. Also needs to be able to reassign jacks through software and have drivers that function in Vista. Price range under $150.
