My Chaintech av710 just died

I was playing a track in foobar when suddenly my PC froze. Powered off & on again, no sound card detected. Opened the case, reseated the card just in case I'd knocked it loose when I was replacing a noisy fan a few days ago. Still nothing. Oh well.

Is there any warranty on these things? I don't see anything in the little instruction booklet. I've had it several months.

Where did you get it from? Newegg will generally replace anything they sell for a year or so.

Have you tried the card in another computer? Maybe a friend's, in case you don't have another computer?
