Default MP3 Duplicate finder/quality checker?

Hey,

Does anyone know of the program that can scan for duplicates while ignoring the tags? I have lots of songs with different tags written in them so when I use a "normal" duplicate file finder, it doesn't find anything, I can't delete tags either cause they are information about the song after all.

Also, is there a program that can check for MP3 quality? glitches or other defects?

Yes, try Audio Identifier for checking bitrates, and a lot of other useful info on your mp3's. As for duplicates, if they have the same file name, but different tags, try this.

MusicIPMixer can find duplicates. Nothing can find fouled-up files that I know of; except your ears.
