Get it quick before it sells! all you need to do is get some RCA jacks and put it in a small project enclosure. It's powered via the USB so you need a high power USB (which you probably have on that laptop). The search button is your friend

Oh my god. I bit the bullet and opened the M-Audio Transit I planned to return. I wasn't giving it critical listening at all, and the first song I listened to (The Crane Wife 3 by The Decmeberists), a few seconds in, I stopped, going crazy in my mind. Plugged in the TBAAM, found out the exact issue. The TBAAM's headphone out's mids and highs are muffled, muddy and slurred, and the Transit's highs are crystal clear. The TBAAM goes back, and I'm going to just have to wait one more month to get my AD2000s. Transit it AMAZING. Highly recommended
