Default Logitech X-530 5.1 speakers, Center speaker has no sound, left back speaker breaking?

So I ordered these speakers for about 50 bucks 2 weeks ago and at first the center speaker just would not work and I tried various ways of fixing it, and then just said to myself, well they were only 50 bucks so whatever they still sound decent.

The 4 days ago the left back speaker started to sound like it was about to go...make high pitch sounds and slight static while other speakers do not have this at all.

I was wondering if this is just a lemon or I should go with another type. If so whats a good speaker set 5.1 for around 40-50 dollars.

I have these and they work fine.

Except I threw out the back 2 speakers and center speakers and converted it to a 2.1 setup lmao.
