Note - there could be a possible driver issue. A2ZS as well as 1820m are both Creative products, and for some stupid reason, they share the same names for their driver libraries. Well, some of them, anyway.
I, for one, could never get my system to accept both the A2ZS and the 1212m. This using the 1.82 E-MU drivers. There have been some reports of people having both cards, working, at the same time - and some procedures are suggested, but never worked for me.
Just a heads up, anyways.

Dragonfly out in the sun, you know what I mean, don't you know?
You can even place a shortcut on your desktop or quicktask bar without having to go through all those menus.
There was a piece of software somewhere that placed in icon on the botton right that was suppose to let you change between sound cards even simpler than the way mentioned above.I tried it long ago but it did not work for me.
I am thinking of getting an m-audio firewire 410 and leaving my xtrememusic as it'de be cheaper then getting the elite pro, and open me to more options. Let me ask you though, will it totally disable the other device and it's control panel, or just disable programs from seeing it as the default device?
Contributor Headphoneus Supremus Thought the last line in Citizen Kane was "nosebud."

Good idea, I'd say...

The latter. That means you still can use another sound device, provided the software offers that option.
