I was looking for the same thing a few weeks ago and found enough recommendations for the iBasso P2 to order one ($139). I haven't heard enough amps to tell you it's better than anything else, but I like it so far and expect it to get even better with burn in. They're out of stock now, but you might be able to find a used one if you can't wait. Hope that helps a little.
