Did you receive a confirmation email with the price at which you ordered the 0404 USB?

Seems to me that they are bound to sell it to you at the price at which the order was accepted.

yeah, the confirmation email says 139, but all subsequent emails about backorder and my account on the site says $149

I'd call the 800 number and ask, then--but unless they get your approval to sell it to you at a higher price, they have to sell at the original $139 price at which you placed and they accepted the order.

When I ordered, the web price showed $139. The email showed $149. I paid by PayPal. So PayPal paid them already. The amount was $139 + tax. The tax figure was never showed before on web, nor in email. And the tax was on $149, not $139.

You ordered near the end of January? How long has the deal been going on?

yeah i did order towards the the end of January.I spoke to them over the phone, and was told that they "hope" to get a shipment this week but are unsure.Otherwise it will be early march i hope.
