All burn'in with my greats Burn'in plugs.
good i've used 'em for my HD 202's they give u options of using pink, white noises for u to burn 'em and also add delays..i say its much better than juggling those MIDI files around.
At the moment I use it to break in my new Equinox cable, MD-10 DAC and SRC-10 upsampler. I like it, it's easy to use, I keep it in its default settings: 120min play, 30min rest, white noise seems o.k. by me
Pity though that the interface is to small, so you can't see all the details correctly.
"pink noise" means, I think, that all frequencies are played at the same time (don't think that is technically 100% correct though); anyway, it is said to be te best way to burn in your HPs. Though some people around here have already created lossless pink noise files. They feared that some frequencies might be lost. This means: if you want themost highendish way to burn-in your can, and you believe in instant burn-in, i.e. pink noise for three months, you might want to look for these lossless files. Bet the people using them can hear the difference. - Generally, Burninwave is very convenient. Can't judge how useful it is. I have only used it for two days of burn-in and didn't seem to notice a difference.
