Looks like a nice DAC amp combo, the pre-outs are nice too. I think it's kinda ugly though.

Yes I have the StyleAudio CARAT HD1V USB DAC headphone amp and I have found it gives a very realistic musical sound from FLAC & Apple lossless sound files on my Mac mini. It is also available at a good price.
