It was feeding the ttvj millett 307a amp and sounded absolutely outstanding. One of two rigs that I heard that just floored me. The other was the new Blue Hawaii with the O2's.

ooh, nice cosamm reference! Actually its probably the first I've heard directed at me.

Okay, I'm definitely getting back into hi-rez, and I confess I am smitten with the scd-1. But the exemplar denon 2900 is also awesome, but its not as jaw droppingly gorgeous as the sony.

The r10 is insanely good. I find reports of its lack of bass to be incorrect. However this can is way out of my price range and I'll never own one. But I assure you I'll always listen to one at meets!

The biggest surprise for me is the d5000. I didn't think this can would do it for me, but now I'm pretty sure I'll own one in the future. I'll do more listening tomorrow.

And everyone should order a headroom audiophile desktop now. Don't think about it, just go do it now. Without thinking. www.headphone.com

a great source such as the $16K 808.2 makes such a substantial difference and unlevels the field.

Can somebody take the HE EH1.2b to the BHSE and compare to O2?

Tomorrow I'll be setting up the Aristaeus/HE90/SCD-1 combo next to Justin's BHSE/O2/SCD-1 combo,so we should be able to get some good feedback on amps and such.Gary.

No lappy so i won't be able to post much till i get back in Chicago but...

Anyone who is not here you are missing out!!

The Florida crew is doing a superb job making sure everything goes down smoothly and a great job entertaining (actually they are entertaining themselves..).

Steveio just locked a bunch of guys out on the balcony so i think i need to go find a locksmith...

few things first..

the Woo Ges and 1.2b is seriously the next Rig i am after! i need to know how long the wait is on the 1.2b's first.

the Meridian 808.2 is of course hot i remember the signature i heard last year from the first gen 808 on how the vocals have such distance infront of other sounds.

Al is sitting on Steveio now..

i missed most of the day cause i passed out then went for a drive. tomorrow i am doing lots of member rig listening and some pics. i heard Grawk's and night wounds rigs sofar. Grawk seriously has some serious hf1's and Nightwound's denon rig is SMOOTH!!!!!

i found a great little stand alone dac from Jaben, perfect for a pair of studio monitors for a great budget desk setup.

(no spell check)

Wow...that will be nice. Does the BHSE has the HE90 jack too?
