Great job again with the videos, Lan. I'm sure it is a lot of work & patience.

Makes me feel almost as if I was there.

Tom how come you didn't make Can Jam?You missed a hell of a party.
LOL, When I saw the new preamp on this thread i called Mikhail and asked him to let me listen to it in my system until he gets back to Co. and then I will ship it back to him. No luck. I guess I am at least one spot behind you.
I was planning on the meet, but got handed some bad luck health issues.
As far as the transparency goes it has been a pleasure. But I still prefer tubes in that spot.

I have the amp section to Wayne's SDS XLR that Mikhail brought to CanJam but no power supply. I almost took it out of the box just to look at it. Mikhail said he would send the ps when he got back to CO. I would love to have a week with the functioning amp before Wayne comes to claim it.

Me? I like the cool, dry air.

Vids look great. Don't think you really needed my footage, LOL. At least I didn't waste any tapes. Heheh.

It's not that cold up here nor is it dry. lol

You had some good footage. A different angle totally made sense. Your stuff will go into a different video.

My advice to you:

- Use your own ears as everybody's hearing and preferences are different.
- Try to audition as much equipment as possible to find your sound.
- Buy used to save money.
