I find my UE-10's to be a "lesser of all evils" headphone. In other words, all components have perks and flaws, and taking everything into consideration, the 10's would be my choice in the "if you could bring only one headphone to a desert island" decision.
Of course it's not fair of me, because I can only describe the 11's, hearing them in a non-custom configuration, but that being the case, I would still pick the 10's.

BTW- Mark my words. Do not sell the ESW-9's to fund the 10's/11's. Find another component, but the AT's are a keeper for life. They are unique, sound wonderful (especially in the portable realm), made of quality materials, will probably have a short production stint, and you will most likely have seller's remorse somewhere down the line.
IMHO, they are one of the "keepers for life". It's just not worth selling them.
YMMV, but I doubt it
Don't do that to me, Aaron! You know how generally indecisive I can be, and I liked both the 10s and 11s. You also know how much I like the ESW9s, but if I sell them, it's not for the UE11s (the Lector sale covered most of that), but to help fund a BHSE/O2 rig if there's still a spot open. Calling Justin! Let me know. I'm ready to post FSs if I get the go from you!

CanJam has been a deadly meet to my purse.

Actually, Steve did all of the woodwork in my rig except for the wooden pieces on my K340 cups which were done by Larry at headphile. I had a great time at the meet everyone, will post impressions either tonight or tomorrow night. Need to read through this thread at home, since I can't see any of the pictures when I browse head-fi from work.

Heh, the idiot next to me at the Radiohead show, with the camera taking videos all night has them posted on Youtube already. Is this a plus for me to be able to brag better about my seat? Possibly but I still think he's a moron for watching the show through a 2 inch screen most of the night.

This amp was fantastic sounding! I think Moon Audio's setup was vastly underlooked at CanJam, maybe it was too confusing-looking? He had like 5 or 6 re-cabled headphones sitting out waiting to be plugged into this amp.
Thanks for the impressions Asr... I can't be sure from any of the pictures - do we know what the tube complement on this was?

(sophia 300B's ??, some older 6SN7's??)

just courious considering the good sound.

Cheers,

Huh? You won't go to a headphone meet if you can't carry and conceal a gun? Double huh! I like guns, but your need to insert that post in this thread has me casting my vote for Washington DC for the next meet! DC all the way!

"dc is a bourgois town" -- huddie william ledbetter. besides, too many guns here in the wrong hands. i am in favor of austin, tx. more fun, more games & way more music venues.

Yes, that was... delightful!

Do you recall which version? I think it was the 12-year... or was it the 23 year? Yea, it was the 23 year... or was it...

From what I've heard that's not the main reason you'd like Austin

Nice new avy, Ingwe.
