May I ask how you got these or came upon them?
I am very interested in the 1TB drives. Would I be able to return or rma them if they do fail?

The 4 brand new 1 TB hard drives I bought on a whim during a Frys.com sale.
The 750 GB hard drive was from Amazon.com
I actually own 3 of WD5000AACS; but one is in my dad's computer; two were purchased brand new and the other was bought used 1 month old; I forgot which one is technically used and can only go by remaining warranty now.
I bought a Windows Home Server rig and have just consolidated all of my media there. It already had 1 TB of storage installed and I know realize that is plenty for my needs.
I have updated OP with warranty dates I got from WDC website.
