FS: FIM/CRL Silver series 1 meter RCA
All you have to do is search the Discussions on AudiogoN or on Audio Asylum to find out that these are world class cables. I have closely auditioned these along side the Virtual Dynamic Master Series Cables:
They are faster than the Master Series, equally detailed and, like the Master Series the FIM is very full bodied...The Master series is darker and has, IMHO a bit better bass. The Master Series is quieter but lacks the high end extension of the FIM....All in all I find these two cables to be of comparable quality but they sound different.
The silver series gives you better than 90% of the Gold performance for a fraction of the price. The Gold series is considered by many to be one of the very top performing cables made.
I've used it but there is nothing functionally or cosmetically wrong with it. Oh, it won't ship in an FIM box....but for this you can save $700. ----The cables were $1,100 new so they are cheaper than the Master Series.
