WTT: iAudio X5 20GB for... (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)

Everything is included: box, warranty card, headphones, mini to mini, sub pack and anything else i forgot. Oh yeah AC adapter.
I'm not sure, I'm thinking about an ipod, but the catch is it would have to be more than 20gb and in great condition (no scratches all over the back). My X5 is in PERFECT condition, nothing wrong at all, i will also include the cowon case with a cutout at the bottom for the sub pack. I'm interested in seeing some offers, i like 3G and 4G as well as photo ipods. I'm also interested in other players, and would love to see what you have to offer. Must be around the 300$ range with an offer! I don't want a Rio karma i could get for 150$ that would be a stupid trade  (however a karma with some kick ass phones to make up the dif. could be a sweet deal.) A few pics:

I have a 4G 40GB Ipod (by HP), in pretty much perfect condition - always been inside a case and lightly used.

I like the iaudios, and I know I could use another X5 for another family member.

any other offers? The 40gb one was a pretty damn good offer. Any 30gb+ color one would probably take it, as well as a new color one.

I just like to trade players a lot.. I like to try out other things. Theres nothing i dont like about the X5. thats the main reason i want a 300$ trade, so i can trade back later if i want.
