Default WTS EMU-1616 (for Laptops)

EMU-1616 Monitoring/Recording Interface with PCMCIA card.
Basically a better version of the popular EMU-1212 card,
the interface has a great headphone amp built in, which
I greatly enjoyed with hd595 headphones, but also supports 5.1 sound,
has coaxial input/output, s/pdif outs, multiple inputs...eh, if you want its recording specs,
check with www.emu.com ;-) In short its a great interface that can be used for listening and for recording very nicely. The PCMCIA card is great on the go as it is powerful enough to drive most portable headphones and is actually a very good DAC that you can amplify with a more expensive amp if you desire.

I sound a bit like an advertiser, sorry, but its a great set for those oriented at listening to and recording music, I love both parts. Selling it cause my new comp does not support the PCMCIA card, its set-up with PCI-express interface due to its small-form factor.

I can provide some pictures, but honestly, its in the exact condition that a new one comes in, taken good care of. All the CDs and Cables that come with it I still have as I do the manuals. There is a whole bundle of programs for recording. I am looking to give it up for $200 + shipping.

And I am just left to suck it with the bithead... :-/ (and to look hungrily at the headroom micro dac)

Just checking...this is the 1616 and not the 1616M version, correct? Thanks!
