WTB : USB DAC FT: Portaphile V2 & Grado SR-60

I am looking to buy a USB DAC in the range of 100 to 150 $.

have a portaphile V2 headphone amp and grado sr-60 ( both in good condition) if anyone wants to trade their usb dac with either or both items ( if both items , then looking at usb dac in the range of 200 to 250 ).
will pay the difference if necessary.
if not interested in trade , then i will buy the usb dac straight up

i will handle the paypal fees & international shipping costs if i buy straight up.
