If you can't find anyone, you can get it BNIB retail CAD $25.99 at NCIX.com (Canada)  Although shipping + tax is extra, so that may bring the price up a bit.

I just got mine from NCIX. Unfortunately, their minimum shipping charges on single items are rather high, though you do save the PST. I ordered it with a bunch of other stuff, so shipping was not an issue.
