This little unit converts USB audio to either SPDIF (coaxial or toslink) or AES/EBU output. It works either off USB power or an external battery pack. I used this to feed my Stello DP-200 and it sounded very nice, never had a problem running it on an XP sp2 workstation. Since I no longer have the Stello this little unit is collecting dust. It is an easy 9/10 on the Audiogon scale.
I will include the UD-10, battery pack and charger as well as an A/A USB cable for easy connection (1.5m). I will sell this for $120 including shipping in CONUS. No extra PayPal fees. I will actually sell this to anyone but non-CONUS shipping is on the buyers dime.

Note: The only difference between the UD-10 and UD-10.1 is that the 10.1 has a B-Type USB connector and USB AB cables are easier to find. Since I am providing a USB AA cable, this should not be an issue.
