A few questions, if you don't mind.
Do you have any details/specs of the Overture or Coda? Being limited runs, I cant find much hard data for these - DAC chip used, opamps used, etc.
How old is the iRiver, are you the original owner? What is the battery life like?
Any pics of the rig, to get an idea for the total size of the setup?
Cheers.

The Overture/Coda combo came out about 3 years ago and as you say there isn't much info available on it. I did find a couple of old threads about it and a Headroom press release. Not much in the way of technical details though.
Headroom Overture - Initial Impressions
Headroom Overture Impressions (aka, fare thee well, iPod)
http://www.headphone.com/pdfs/ToEndA...5webmedres.pdf
I am the second owner of the iHP-120. I purchased it in 2006 from Head-Fier micaela. I believe she was the original owner but I can't be sure. I would say I have used it less than 100 hours since then.
The battery still holds a decent charge. Brand new these things were supposed to give you 16 hours. I've never gotten anywhere close to that but I use high bit rate MP3, Ogg, FLAC and WAV files that I'm sure eat up battery. Also I'm sure optical out has to use more battery than the headphone jack, although that's just a guess. I get about 6 to 8 hours on one charge, although I haven't used it in a while. I just charged it up today and the unit shows a fully charged battery at 4.09 volts. From a 5 volt charger I guess that's pretty good.
As far as size goes, the Overture and DAC both measure 4.5 x 3.5 x 1.25. The iRiver measures 4.25 x 2.5 x .875, without the case. So all three stacked on top of each other overall would measure 4.5 x 3.5 x 3.375.
Honestly, for me it is a bit too big to carry around portably although the travel bag makes it a lot easier. This is really ideal for an office, desktop or nightstand set up where space is a premium and power is available. To be sure, the Overture is power hungry and will use up batteries faster than the iRiver.
I don't have time to take pictures tonight but will try to take pics of the whole shooting match tomorrow night.

New headphones calling my name. Everything must go!
Price drop to $150.
This amp is the forerunner of the Headroom Micro. Great sound, tank-like construction, HeadRoom quality, and a little piece of headphone history.
