SOLD: Firestone Spitfire or Fubar II DAC
The Spitfire sale is now SOLD so neither the Spitfire nor the Fubar II are for sale.
Note (12/29): I would also be willing to sell my Fubar II for $95 including shipping to CONUS for a non-cc paypal account (in this case, I will not sell the Spitfire). I can put up pictures if you are interested (it is the grey one and is in perfect condition). I will include everything that came with the Fubar II.
Note (12/19): I will be out of town until the 28th of Dec and hence will not be able to ship until after this time.
FS: Firestone Spitfire 24bit/96Khz DAC (optical or coaxial input - no USB).
I bought this new in July and it is in perfect condition. It sells for $267+9.95 shipping=$276.95 (see below for more information). I am asking for $230 including shipping to CONUS for non-credit card based paypal. No international shipping at this point. Also, if you want to buy using a credit card based paypal account, please add $7 to the price.
Spitfire 24 Bit DAC - Digital to Analog Converter - Audio DAC - digital analog converter - Firestone Audio
I really like this DAC but don't have a use for it since I have two other DACs. It comes with wallwart (you can get the upgraded power supply at AudiophileProducts.com which is highly recommended by them) and hex key. I will also throw the 6ft optical digital cable (see picture). I don't have the interconnects that came with the Spitfire.
