Like new, I am the first/original owner, I still have the original Headroom Invoice and User manual. Since I bought it, it has been sitting in my Audio Equipment Rack and doing its duty for about 2 years.
Actually it is essentially a DESKTOP DAC as its OpAMP chip at LP filter stage is OPA2134, and pre-2007 MicroDAC and Desktop DAC shared same circuit topology(except OPA134x2 vs OPA2134x1). When I bought it from Headroom, it came with AD822 OpAMP chip first, then I sent it back to Headroom for OPA2134 mod. So officially my modded MicroDAC is the first one(but I am not 100% sure it is the only one.) 2134 MicroDAC with Headroom warranty. If you have interest to buy, I will tell you how to confirm this such as who in Headroom did this mod, who to call, what is the special marker in my MicroDAC.....
