Default IC: Squeezebox linear power supply [canada/GTA]

I'll post pics on here as soon as I can. I'm not 100% sure about selling this unit yet, but I'm looking to gauge interest. The PSU is a Welborne unit I assembled perfectly. Works perfectly and has improved the sound of my SB3 noticeably and nicely. However, I've just pulled the trigger on a VDA2+VAC1 DAC system, and Dusty tells me its unlikely I'll benefit from the PSU since the SB3 is now effectively a transport only.

Unit is anodized red and looks great. Ron didn't stock the black units when I ordered the PSU.

The PSU has about 50 - 75 hours on it. If you were to buy this unit assembled from Welborne, it would cost you $285. If you live in Canada and wanted this unit, it would cost you another $40 CDN duty. The item is tested and works flawlessly. The connector cord b/w the PSU and SB unit is ~ 1ft long. I will include the remaining 3 ft 'umbilical cord' for anyone who wants to adjust the cord length. Ron advises the cord be as short as is practical.

Since this is an IC, I'll leave the post open to 'chance' - PM me a bid if you're interested.

Cheers!

Default

my apologies: retracted for the time being as a result of too many people contacting me an letting me know that the upgraded PSU makes a difference even when the SB3 is used as a transport.

Cheers to all!
