Default IC - HiFiDiy Transport

Once again my rig appears to be undergoing upheaval before I ever really get it setup, I'm my own worst enemy.

So, up for an Interest Check is my dedicated transport. This unit was built by me from a kit from HiFiDiy.net. In general it has worked flawlessly for me and sounds considerably better than generic players like my Tushi or Pioneer Elite DVD player. I did have one issue trying to use it with an older Denon DAC but I've since tried it with 3 others and it's been fine so I'm more inclined to think it was an issue with the Denon and not the transport. In general the transport is extremely well built using thick aluminum panels for the chassis, high quality parts throughout and the entire transport mechanism is spring-isolated from the main chassis. Heck even the remote is milled from a solid chunk of aluminum.

Assembled versions of this kit are not available for sale and the raw cost of the kit is $400. I am asking for $400 + shipping and and any fees associated with the transaction. Shipping will not be cheap as the unit probably weighs the better part of 15lbs so local delivery and pickup is also certainly an option.

Please PM with any questions or offers and as always feel free to check my feedback if you have concerns about dealing with me.

Thanks for looking,

Nate
