Great condition. The screen is excellent and I haven't had any problems with it at all. The only problems are that the scroll wheel is slightly loose (But works perfectly fine) and that there are scratches on the back flat side. Comes with the dock, carrying pouch, battery charger, and USB cable. I'm selling it because I don't use it anymore and I need money for a Darkvoice THA 336
