Brand new, never turned on, but not in original packing. Includes dock, charger, cables. I just decided i didn't need the HD and prefer something more easily pocketable, so i bought an iAudio U2.

will include like new Sony EX-71LP's for $15 extra. My girlfriend found they would not fit her ears, so they have not actually been used.
