Default FS/IC: A bunch of portables and various other items:

I am cleaning house and I want to get rid of some of the things that I don't use as often so that I can put some money towards new gear. I can (and may later) send or post pictures of all of these items if need be, I am just rather busy at the moment. All items are in perfect working order and good condition. None of them have the original packaging, but I would package them carefully and include all that I have for them. This is reflected in their prices.

Sharp DS8 -- great sounding, very slick looking mini disc player. 1 bit Auvi dac. Silver with gray highlights. Includes battery, headphones, remote, charging stand and 100V (Japanese ac) and US voltage radio shack ac adapter. I bought this in Sapporo. I have not used it for a long time as I bought an ipod mini. It is in excellent condition with a few slight rub marks from being in a pocket. NOTE: This is a player only, not a recorder!
150 bucks.

Sony MZ R55 -- Great old portable sony MD recorder. It has the best remote I have ever used in a portable. I think I will still dating checks 199X when I bought this, so it has seen better days. That said, it still works well, other than occasionally getting a disc partially stuck. It is fine, just pull it out and close the door. I think the best way to do this is to make it an add on to the Sharp. Add 30 bucks to the sharp, and its yours, along with a unopened 5 pack of sony ES 74 min discs (the white ones...they are the bomb). If you want to buy it separately, 50 bucks.

Sony D777 Discman. This is in great shape, and is one of THE classic PCDP's This spurred a huge buying frenzy when head-fi was in its infancy. I am sure those of you around for awhile will remember. It's a fabulous sounding and looking PCDP. It has a 1 bit DAC, shock protection (though it cannot keep up with the modern players). It also has a good remote. It has not been charging well for me, so I will throw in a Panasonic SL-CT780, another great player. This one however, has been slightly damaged. I cannot remember whether it still plays, but it takes the same charger as the Sony, and it charges the sony batteries faster and more reliably than the sony did. Both players and a charger if I can find it -- 120 obo.

JMT built Meta42 in mint condition...not mint tin. Case is a blue serpac with a white LED. Sounds great and gives a boost to your headphones. Sadly, I don't remember what is in it and no longer have the old PM which listed the contents, but it was a maxed out version. I think people would be pleasantly surprised at the contents. I will sell it for 70 bucks, though I paid about three times that. It is in perfect shape. SOLD

Klipsch Pro Media 2.1 computer speakers and subwoofer. Good computer speakers. 200 dollar list, 150 street, yours for 70 bucks+shipping. SOLD

Sennheiser HD580s with clou blue cable. Remember clou? Me too. Yours for 60 bucks. These headphones are well worn, well-loved, and sound great. I bought them in 1998 or so. They are still 199.99 at headroom. Get them from me, along with an upgraded cable for 60 bucks. Treat them with respect! They were my introduction to true hifi. SOLD

Panasonic DVD RP62 Progressive Scan DVD player. Perfectly good DVD player. I no longer need it because I have a better one. Paid 180 something, yours for 40 bucks + shipping. Includes remote and manual (if I can find it, which I believe I can).

And a bunch of random things on the off chance anyone is looking for one.
Kodak Carousel 4400 slide projector and 100mm f/2.8 lens, IR remote.
Selle Italia Ti Flite Gel titanium railed bike seat (very light!)
Palm Vx (old one, but I would let it go for practically nothing). Pending
Porta trace 8x10 light box.

I take paypal with no penalty and would ask that you pay shipping for the items. I will ship however you like. US only unless you have a real sob story. If you have any questions, let me know. Just PM me.
