I have a mint silver 20GB M3 to sell, and by mint, I can count how many times I took it outside on one hand. It's been sitting in my drawer since I purchased it around last year.
Both the player and the remote control is in perfect condition.
It comes with all the accessories and packaging.
The only thing that seperates this from being new besides being previously opened, is I took off the little belt loop strap thing on the back of the soft case it comes with to slip the player in my pocket. Also thought it looked silly.
Selling it so it doesnt just collect dust in my drawer. Maybe replace with a smaller flash player.
