I am interested in Trading my DIYmodded iPod Touch 16GB for a 3G Apple iPhone 16GB or for simple sale.

As of right now this is one of TWO ever in the world right now. Plus, this one still has the metal shielding in the components. EFN, who has done numerous DIYmods on many iPod models, says that this is probably the cleanest and best sounding of ANY of the DIYmods.

I did the Mod myself using XLO Teflon Coated 6N pure Copper wiring. You are insured great results and the wiring unlike the 5G and 4G iMod's is extremely short as in about an inch of wire instead of about 3-4inches.

As far as condition, the ipod is in pretty good condition. The screen is flawless. There is some damage on the side of the iPod from opening it up, but is isn't all that noticible. Other than that, there are some nicks along the edges, but it looks great in person. Also, the back has some light scratching , but is still highly reflective. You can see yourself. It was always kept in its own purse pocket while walking around.

This iPod has also been Hacked by myself, so it includes a LOT of nifty software. You can stream video from online. Some pieces of software and extra features can only be added by VPN-ing into your ipod and doing it yourself. There are a bunch of very expensive games that I bought in itunes and I have those set so that they will not delete if you sync it to someone else's library. plus, there are multimedia programs which actually sound better than the normal iPod music application and this iPod has the ability to play FLAC and OGG files!!!!

Basically, this software set turns the iPod into a tiny mobile laptop and gaming machine. You get FLAC + DIYmod audio quality + Games + functionality. It really is killer.

I would ask that any iPhone trade would have a flawless screen and pretty similar condition overall as the iPod for trade.

The Film Dock uses 4.7uf 3% Capacitors bypassed with Lily 0.05uf PIO caps.
Internal Wiring on the Dock was using Thick ground high purity stranded SPC in teflon (5N pure copper with 4N pure silver coating). All other wiring was XLO 6N pure copper in Teflon and is extremely short as well (chosen for small size). There is one mini in and one mini out and RCA in/out. The female RCA's are Gold Plated Copper. GREAT quality female RCA's. HIGHER END than Cardas which is gold plated brass (impure copper). This all fits in a 3x2x1 inch ABS enclosure so it can take quite a few tumbles and never show a scratch.


The cables are multistrand UPOCC Silver in Cotton wire with thick ground stranded silver/copper return wires to maintain flexibility. Sleeving is "Super Nylon" so as to keep it very soft, flexible and non-microphonic. The plugs are all molded plastic covered with black enamel. There is no more secure DIY plug out there.

I also have an iMod/DIYmod compatible dock cable multistrand per signal 24awg UPOCC Silver in natural teflon with Dual 20AWG UPOCC Copper in Teflon return wires that uses 47uf Rubicon CERAFINE capacitors. Cerafine Capacitors are superb small coupling caps that IMO have better treble performance and speed than the Black gate capacitors and require very little burn in time. Trust me, this has deep bass. A LOD of this quality would be pretty expensive to buy by itself. Sorry no Pic right now.

That is about the same price as buying a new iMod and you are getting the much more expensive and newer iPod Touch as the base.
