Price: I'm thinking $99 US, which would include shipping and PayPal fees for the US sans HI/Alaska. For other locations, I'd need to add extra for shipping, accordingly.
Got this new about a year and half ago, but I've recently replaced it with a Cowon S9. This will come with most of the original accessories (the box, all packaging, AC Adapter with EU addon, the original USB cable, and the original stylus. The only item I can't find is the original ear buds, but I assume you wouldn't care about those, anyway). I also have a pretty beaten up silicon case that I'll include, and there has been a screen protector on it since the first week I had it.
The bad: It was dropped once, about a month after I got it. Everything works, but I wanted to mention it because there are some slight dings on the edges from when I initially tried to open it to snap everything back into place. I think the top edge might be slightly loose as well, but to be honest I don't know if it was like that originally. Also, there are some scuff marks on the back, as I used to put the stylus there, under the silicone case. I've never had issues with the functionality, and it was used on almost a daily basis.
Tech details: Currently, it's running f/w 3.59 with Rockbox enabled and the Touch theme, as seen in the pic. I can change it back to another firmware / theme, if needed.
