FS: compaq r3000 laptop - black screen $210

heres a compaq r3000 laptop that i had for a while, but it has a little problem, and i can't fix it, so im selling it... maybe one of you can fix it... the problem is, the computer starts and everything.. the lights come on, the hdd, etc.. but the screen remains black.... i dont know why...

would be perfect for linux.. has a 30gb hdd, intel centrino cpu, not sure about the ram.... charger is included as well...

price is $210 including shipping and paypal fees
