FS: CI-Audio VDA-1 DAC

Channel Islands Audio VDA-1 digital analog convertor DAC.
This DAC has been modded by Dan Wright of Modwright. His mods include:
1. Upgrade rectifiers to Harris FRED ultrafast soft-recovery diodes
2. Upgrade main stock power supply filtering caps, including Black Gates in key locations.
3. Upgrade op-amps to Burr Brown's best OPA-627's in custom dual modules.
He charged $175 for the mods alone or sold the unit with mods for $500.
This unit was also cryogenically treated by CI-Audio.
My asking price is $300 including PayPal and shipping in USA. (This comes with the standard wall wart for power. I'm keeping my VAC-1 to use with the VDA-2)
I ordered the new VDA-2 DAC last week and should get it in a few days. This DAC has been wonderful but I know Dusty Vater of CI-Audio only produces great products at great prices so I trust his judgement that the new DAC is significantly better. I also have his D-100 monoblock power amps, they're great.
