Now WHY do I think this is in violation of ebay rules?? I mean you have to honor the ebay bidder first, cannot take a serious offer here on Head-Fi.

if either of you are interested in buying it, i would be perfectly happy to discuss a discount with you or any head-fier registered prior to this thread via pm since this is not (typically) a discussion forum. just to clear up any unfounded assumptions, while my listing is active the item would have to be bought on eBay; and this thread is permissible on head-fi. due to the particular item i am selling i thought it would be better suited for an eBay listing and there is nothing wrong with wanting more exposure.
