I bought this for $250 from a fellow Head-fi'er last week. It is in great condition. The only accessory that comes with the iPod is an iSkin eVo3 case. No cables, iBuds, Discs, Paperwork, or Box. As for scratches, in by breif inspection there were none that stood out...maybe a couple micro scratches that you can barely see. This iPod has been very well taken care of. Check my feedback if you have any reservations.
